Payment policy
 
For clients who do not have an account open, all invoices must be paid upon delivery of goods. Method of payment accepted are:  Cash, debit card, MasterCard and Visa.
 
For customers with an open account, payment terms are Net 30 days.  Invoices may be paid in cash, by debit card or check. Payment  by credit card is accepted upon receipt of goods only.
 
To open an account, please complete the credit application (pdf) form and return by fax      
to 450-978-1474.  Only accounts which meet our criteria for acceptance will be authorized.
 
 
The credit granted by your suppliers is a short-term financial source valuable to your business !
 
 
GOODS RETURNED
 
All returned goods must first be authorized by our customer service department. The customer must assume any transportation costs for the return of goods. A proof of purchase must be supplied.
 
RETURNS FOR SPECIAL ORDERS OR ELECTRONIC MATERIALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
 
NON DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
 
A restocking fee of 15% will be charged for any non defective merchandise returned in good condition within 10 days of the purchase.
 
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
 
The guarantee is that of the manufacturer. The manufacturer may require that the defective product be returned to them to validate the guarantee. Photographs or samples may be requested, therefore your collaboration is essential!
 
REFUNDABLE PALLETS
 
Returnable pallets must be paid for and will be credited or reimbursed upon return to our warehouse. Please advise the customer service department for the return of your pallets. All returns must originate from previously invoiced pallets. Only refundable pallets will be accepted. Please conserve the return slip signed by one of our staff members as proof of delivery.
 
CLAIMS
 
The client is obligated to inspect their merchandise upon receipt in order to identify any possible damages or differences.  All damage claims must be reported to the customer service department within 48 hours following the acceptance of the goods. A copy of the delivery slip signed by the driver indicating the damages or errors must accompany the claim form.
